Natural Diet for Weight Loss

Obesity is an excessively overweight stage when the percentage of the body weight is over 20 percent of the standard weight. This happened due to excessive accumulation of fat. Image of ObesityIt might be dangerous and can increase the risk of high blood pressure, diabetes, and elevated lipid levels. Energy from foods ingested is broken down and stored as adipose tissue, more commonly known as fat. As well as storing energy, fatty tissues also cushion and insulate the body. Fatty tissues are found just under the skin but also deeper in the body around internal organs.

The World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that currently there are 1.6 billion adults (aged 15+) who are overweight and at least 400 million adults who are clinically obese - double the figure of 200 million in 1995. The WHO further projects that by 2015, approximately 2.3 billion adults will be overweight and more than 700 million will be obese. One of the most alarming trends in recent years has been the rise in childhood obesity. At least 20 million children under the age of 5 years are currently overweight. Most scientists agree the most important factor for lasting weight loss is a change of lifestyle. This change may sound like a walk in the park, but don't be so easily fooled, old habits are hard to get rid of.

How to Lose Weight with Natural Diet?

  • To lose weight Smell grapefruit oil and vanilla oil 20 minutes before every meal
  • Avoid accessing high-fat diets
  • Saturate dried plums in water overnight and drink the water in the morning on an empty stomach. Repeat daily for one month
  • Eat a lot of cabbage, can eat as a salad or added to other food. Try to replace one meal with a cabbage meal
  • Eat vegetables
  • Drink 3 cups of green Chinese tea to deal with the extra weight
  • Mix 1 teaspoon of honey to half a cup of lukewarm water and half a cup of lime juice. Drink 3 times daily with meal
  • Eat 2 red tomatoes every morning for breakfast for a few months
Chinese tea: Tea has been used as an aid for weight loss. Drinking a cup of tea with each meal is a protocol for using tea successfully as a metabolic stimulant. Tea by itself carries only 4 calories per serving, and it's most healthy when consumed with nothing added. The caffeine in tea increases body function to help burn more calories and the polyphenols seem to aid in the digestion of fat.

Olive oilOlive oil is a good source of vitamin E, carotenoids, and polyphenolic compounds. Olive oil is rich in monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFA), which promote heart health by decreasing "bad" LDL cholesterol without reducing the "good" HDL cholesterol. The invisible healers within this "liquid gold" also work to prevent cancer, inflammation, and may even play a helpful role in diabetes and weight loss.

Vegetables: Many vegetables are loaded with beneficial carotenoids that are great for your health and can aid in disease prevention.

High-fat diets: A recent research led to the startling discovery that the key factor in weight gain or loss was the metabolism of carbohydrates in the body by insulin. So, just as there are good cholesterol (polyunsaturated fatty acids - sunflower oil, safflower oil, sesame seed oil, soya bean oil) and bad cholesterol (saturated and monounsaturated fatty acids - coconut oil, ghee, dalda, vanaspathy, palm oil, mustard oil, groundnut oil), there are good and bad carbohydrates too.
