Careya arborea is a deciduous tree, whose leaves turn red in the cold season and grows up to 15m high. Bark surface flaking in thin strips, fissured, dark grey; crown spreading.

They are fast growing to 10 feet with twice 3-parted leaves that will reach 4 inches long. The plants climb with tendrils and need some form of support. Cardiospermum halicacabum is in flower from July to August, and the seeds ripen from August to October.

Capsicum frutescens is a small shrub with alternate and oval to lanceolate leaves. The flowers are white and the fruit is an avoid - to ellipsoid berry. This small fruit is red when mature and has a hot pungent taste; the smaller they are, the hotter.

Calycopteris floribunda commonly known as Ukshi. It is a large scandent shrub or liana, which can reach up to 10 m long. Ukshi is found extensively in the low-lying tropical evergreen forests of the Western Ghats.

Calotropis procera is originally from warm parts of Africa and Asia, this is now pantropical and in ecological terms is regarded as an indicator of overgrazed land.There are no doubt many other places in the world where giant milkweed abounds.

Calotropis gigantea (Crown flower) is a species of Calotropis. It is a large shrub growing to 4 m tall. It has clusters of waxy flowers that are either white or lavender in colour.

Calophyllum inophyllum is a large evergreen. It is widely cultivated in all tropical regions of the world, including several Pacific Islands. It is a low-branching and slow-growing tree with a broad and irregular crown.
